Support for New Graduate RNs
Grandview and Southview Medical
Centers offers a unique opportunity
for new graduate RNs to receive
support as they transition
into practicing nurses.

Applying for the Program

New grads learn standards of care, as well as receive hands on experience and training through the weeks of orientation. Seasoned nurses share experiences and provide individual assistance, while RN Residents and mentors provide peer support.


Qualifications

Newly licensed RN with less than six months experience in an acute care setting.

Availability

The availability of RN Residency positions varies throughout the year. Please apply online to the RN Residency through the HR website. You may also contact Rose Crouch, nurse recruiter, at (937) 723-4222 for questions regarding the application process.

Selection

All candidates are considered through the standard nursing interview process used at Grandview and Southview.
